Paul Townsend has a background in the IT industry. He has had a number of roles including programmer, systems analyst, reseller manager, direct sales, director of international operations. His past employers include Data Sciences, Silicon Graphics, Vitria Technology, BEA Systems and Procession.

Katariina Valkeinen has a background in communications. She spent seven years as a journalist prior to joining new media industry in 1997. She has had a number of roles in this field, including information architect, copywriter, editor and strategy consultant. With her past agencies in Finland and the UK she has worked with industrial, commercial and public sector organisations such as Nokia, Helsinki Stock Exchange, Finnish Ministry of Education, Unilever and Bass Breweries.
