SiteSentinel for three key stations on Network Rail’s Western route

Network Rail selected SiteSentinel to manage site attendees (contractors, visitors, film crew, etc.) at three of its stations on its Western route: London Paddington, Reading and Bristol Temple Meads. All three stations are large and busy – with a combined total of around 75 million passengers passing through every year. Each station also welcomes a range of visitors every day, including contractors, retail workers, charity personnel, and an army of ‘Here to Help’ volunteers. To support the different types of visitor, SiteSentinel offers various information ‘pathways’ which means each individual visitor will only see the information relevant to their visit. The SiteSentinel platform provides an online induction, test and administration interface. The system is designed to consistently deliver relevant, high-quality information using text, photos, video and illustrations. SiteSentinel provides an audit trail of site inductions for staff, visitors, and contractors.
