Lucid has produced an interactive DVD that provides Britain’s train drivers with guidance on lifestyle and self-management. The DVD combines 30 minutes of video and animation with interactive exercises to address topics such as managing shift work and fatigue, getting support for personal problems and maintaining concentration while driving. Shot with drivers from passenger and freight train and on-track-machine operating companies, the DVD takes an open and honest approach to issues that that are very real but not always easy to discuss in the workplace.
